Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic sales planning process by translating corporate management directions into on-the-ground actionable items.
• Drive execution of high priority initiatives by identifying and solving key business issues and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration across the organization.
• Support sales initiatives to enhance market understanding & knowledge and validate Moladin’s value proposition with on-the-ground research.
• Perform analysis of data to improve data visibility, identify insights and drive decision making.

Requirements

• Preferred 2-4 years of experience in sales, strategy, management consulting, or data analytics (ideally experienced in data collection, data analysis, and data visualization). Candidates with experience in fast-growing startups or equivalent roles are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in SQL highly valued.
• Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g Google Sheets, Metabase, Looker) highly desirable.
• Comfortable with handling large and unorganized datasets.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Diligent self-starter dedicated to delivering exceptional results with efficiency and speed.
• A humble team player who is pragmatic and willing to be hands-on.
• A genuine passion for personal growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
