Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to enhance our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the business case
2. Provide consultancy with customers to identify business challenges by eliciting requirements and to provide solutions with activities leading to high value-business solutions to overcome customer’s business issues
3. Helping clients with change management activities by translating and simplifying requirements
4. Presenting solutions in written or oral reports
5. Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
6. Skilled business analysts also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment
7. Proactive update continuously regarding update progress
8. Managing customer expectations

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
2. Experience in an oil & gas company
3. Experienced in complex business process analysis & mapping using various kinds of diagrams such as Use Case, Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, etc., in SDLC
4. Must have experience in implementing SAP PS (Project System)
5. Understanding of designing, testing, installing, and monitoring new systems
6. Experience in consulting and creating user requirement documents (e.g., FSD/TSD/FDD/user training, etc.)
7. Relevant certifications in Project Management such as CAPM, PMP, etc., are a plus!
