Building Utility Engineer - Mechanical

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering.
• Two years of experience in mechanical engineering construction.
• Two years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in facility management and equipment.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, P&ID, piping, HVAC, and project management.
• Proficient in creating mechanical drawings using CAD/CAM software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, including compressors, chillers, pumps, and others.
• Possessing an electrical K3 certification is an advantage.
• Capable of working both in a team and independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and control data building and factory facility systems within the scope of all facility buildings.
• Implement the operation of the plant's facilities and continue to optimize, guaranteeing facilities maintenance of the quality working drawings, contracts, and construction.
