Building Manager (Tenant Relation/Concierge Experienced)

The role of Building Manager at a condominium is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining property value, and fostering a comfortable living environment for residents.

The Building Manager's responsibilities can be grouped into the following key areas:

1. Building Management
   • Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security services.
   • Schedule and monitor repairs, renovations, and regular inspections with the current engineering team to maintain the property's condition.
   • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building rules.
   • Conduct monitoring to maintain the cleanliness of the building, and provide advice to the cleaning vendor if any issues are noticed.
   • Assist the tenant relation staff from the property management team when technical support is needed.
2. Move-in Support
   • Support tasks will be carried out in collaboration with the sales team when technical support is needed for residents.
3. Health and Safety Management
   • Ensure that fire safety systems, emergency equipment, and evacuation plans are up to date.
   • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards in communal areas.
   • Respond promptly to emergencies such as power outages, plumbing issues, or natural disasters.
4. Administrative Tasks
   • Facilitate meetings for the property management team and provide updates on building operations.
   • Submit monthly reports to the property management team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (3+ years) in hospitality (hotel, service apartment, or similar role).
• Preferably experienced as TENANT RELATION and/or CONCIERGE.
• Candidate must be FLUENT in ENGLISH.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to join immediately.
