Lead by example by demonstrating a positive approach within the building and proactively engage service partners and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience for building users
Proactively develop projects and initiatives that provide added value and continuous improvement to the portfolio
Creating team culture and implement development plans for the team, including proactive and practical support to motivate and create a high performing team, and ensure succession plans are in place for critical roles
Establishing and manage Building annual and long term operation goals to meet/exceed owner and corporate management expectations
Specifically establish written goals and objectives for direct reports. Conduct period formal and informal performance evaluation
Analyzing and develop improvements based on data analysis
Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree from reputable university majoring in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields
10 years of working experience in building particularly in High Rise Residential
