Building Maintenance Management Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure and monitor the running of building management systems such as ventilation, lights, power systems, fire systems, reports, productions, solvent systems, lift systems, fire control, and room temperature.
• Calculate and analyze the level of use of factory electrical and mechanical equipment to achieve factory efficiency targets and operations.

General Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills: software BMS (C-BUS Profitbus, Internet Protocol, Devicenet, SOAP, XML, BACnet, Lonworks, Modbus).
• Willing to be placed in Cikampek, Purwakarta.
