Job description
Be responsible for activity renovation and maintenance at the CIMB Niaga Head Office building and support Facility Data Center team
Support the smooth operation of the bank, cost efficiency, centralization, and optimization of resources
Monitor implementation policies and procedures related to maintenance and FM HO
HO Project activities
Strategy and Planning (Strategy & Planning)
Support Maintenance of all business units at Head Office & data center to run business and meet their targets
Manage building assets & facilities managed by SPAPM for repair & maintenance work, cleaning services, and facility management to ensure buildings managed by SPAPM are well managed, of high quality, running efficiently and spending the right amount of money in operation and maintenance
Supervise vendor performance in fulfilling obligations in accordance with agreed contracts.
Supervise management of HO asset building in maintenance, security, cleanliness, household, parking lot, and garden in the Central Office Building, which is managed by SPAPM (Gajah Mada, ARR Tebet, WCN Bandung, Lippo Cikarang, & Sudirman 13 Jogyakarta) for the smooth running of bank facilities and business
Facility management for head office buildings (MCN Karawaci, Sinergi Alam Sutra Building, Graha Niaga Sudirman, Sudirman Tower, Energi, Griya Niaga Bintaro 1 & 2, Berita 1, Plaza, Sentraya, including Puri for further planning) coordinate with Building Management team on site.
Coordinate and monitor vendor performance in performing maintenance of data center facilities in Bintaro and News 1 Plaza for both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate UPS maintenance in the Head Office building used by many work units in NAT, Alam Sutra, Sentraya, and GN 2 Bintaro
Execute projects appointed by management, outside the main work and duties of BAU.
Cooperate with business units, tenants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities on issues related to building maintenance to ensure smooth operations and bank business
Plan, manage, advise, coordinate, and supervise Head Office renovation and repair work to ensure best value (cost effectiveness) and work completed on time and within the approved budget, while maintaining the company's image and meeting business requirements.
Performance Business and Management (Business Performance and Management)
Support the maintenance of all business units at the Head Office to run operations and their business
Support Data Center and UPS Facility Management Maintenance in Head Office Building
Proactively identify, manage, and propose effective solutions to related problems with service.
Assist Head Office Business Unit in emergency situations to ensure CIMB Niaga's business continuity without disrupting daily activities in collaboration with the BCM team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Architecture/Management Business Administration
Technical and finance background is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience in related maintenance and facilities services, specifically for banking and financial institutions
