Building Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans to ensure efficient execution of construction projects.
2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management – Act as the key liaison between clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
3. Site Supervision & Quality Control – Oversee construction progress, ensuring compliance with architectural designs, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
4. Budget & Cost Control – Manage project costs, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies.
5. Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure all construction activities comply with Indonesian building regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
6. Handover & Project Completion – Conduct final inspections, oversee defect rectifications, and ensure successful project handover to clients.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction project management.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and project scheduling.
4. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or other project management software.
5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.
7. Experience in handling commercial, corporate, or mixed-use building projects is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
9. Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and permitting processes.
