Branding Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Main Responsibilities: Complete internal department translation tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper delivery of documents, emails, meeting notes, and other information. Enhance the department's international communication capabilities.
Professional Application: Utilize translation software and professional skills to optimize translation quality, ensuring accurate terminology and natural expressions.

Interdepartmental Communication and Coordination

Role as a Liaison: Act as a bridge for communication between departments, proactively assisting in building and maintaining good relationships with other departments, ensuring smooth information flow and harmonious collaboration.
Team Cooperation: Actively participate in cross-departmental projects, facilitating information sharing and resource integration among teams, and improving overall work efficiency.

Internal Department Affairs Management

Task Management: Fully responsible for managing internal department affairs, including scheduling, organizing meetings, document filing, and more, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize departmental workflows, enhance managerial efficiency, and create an efficient and harmonious departmental atmosphere.

External Media Management and Public Relations

Media Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with external media, plan and execute media promotion activities, and enhance company brand awareness and reputation.
Public Relations Strategy: Develop and implement public relations strategies, effectively handle emergency situations, maintain the company’s image, and ensure the company’s reputation remains intact.

Performing Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum D3 from any major, preferably from Mandarin major.
• +1 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to perform administrative activities.
