Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (preferably in Communications, Business, Management, Marketing, or related areas).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of marketing strategies, brand development, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze market data and consumer trends to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing strategies.
  • Willing to be placed in Vikamas, North Jakarta.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies and build a strong brand identity.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns with consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends and consumer needs, and collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new products.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and monitor brand performance by preparing campaign performance reports.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
