What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling content, campaigns, and promotional strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan (ATL & BTL) to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Create marketing strategies that go beyond traditional hard-selling, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Build and grow brand communities (e.g., lifestyle, sports) with a focus on increasing customer loyalty and long-term value.
- Lead innovative marketing initiatives.
- Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring that messaging, visuals, and experiences reflect the company’s values and identity.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for new product launches, slow-moving items, and brand integrations.
- Plan and execute store activations and events that convert into increased sales and directly to customer traffic.
- Optimize marketing performance by measuring key metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in the lifestyle, retail, or digital marketing industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, customer engagement, and community building.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance based on key metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and managing external partnerships.
- Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and implement unique marketing campaigns.
- Experience in event planning, influencer marketing, and omnichannel brand activation is a plus.
- Leadership experience in managing a marketing team and fostering a high-performance culture.
