BRAND MANAGER

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish Otogard brand presence to end users, the DIY car care enthusiasts. You’ll work closely with Marketing Communication, Sales, and Product Development teams to create impactful campaigns that engage consumers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to expand Otogard market presence.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for retail and e-commerce growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to shape brand direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, NPD, Marcomm) and external partners (agencies, media, KOLs).
• Manage brand communication, packaging, and product portfolio.
• Monitor brand performance and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4-5 years as a Brand Manager in FMCG, Automotive, or Consumer Goods.
• Skills: Brand strategy, digital marketing, campaign execution, retail & e-commerce marketing.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, creative, analytical, results-driven, and strategic thinker.
• Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Passion for the automotive industry and experience in B2C market development.
