Responsibilities:

• To develop marketing plan and execute the plan for both ATL and BTL
• To support and develop communication plan for the assigned brand
• Hands-on involvement to ensure excellence in execution
• Consumer research project execution and analysis
• Coordinate meetings with third parties (agencies) to ensure the implementation of marketing plan
• Analyze the brand performance and propose solutions to handling issues
• Analyze the category dynamics and monitor competitor performance

Qualifications:

• Experience in brand management in FMCG Industry for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience in digital and/or e-commerce for FMCG Industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing projects
• Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong work ethic, high energy level, motivation, and enthusiasm
• Demonstrated positive attitude, viewing challenges as opportunities and translating them into actionable items
• Analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, and a good team player in engaging with all stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, ability to make things happen, and effectively deal with various stakeholders (internal & external) while managing complexity
