Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Plan an event from budgeting, detail program, to execution on the day.
Manage end-to-end marketing campaign including campaign briefing, creative execution and post-campaign analysis.
Work closely with other divisions: Research & Development, Merchandise Division, Store Manager of each store, Digital Marketing Team, and Creative Team to ensure the right communication for the new campaign.
Create promotion and activation strategies to boost performance of every Adelle offline store.
Work closely with external partnerships: Media Relations, Mall Relations, and Brand Partnership Relations.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations / Marketing Communication / Related Major.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; having a passion for Jewelry's Fashion / Luxury Fashion.
Creativity to manage B to B to C processes for Marketing / Branding.
Good communication skills and mobile person.
Required Skills: Market research, Event Planning, Public Relations, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to create effective presentation documents.
