Responsible for executing Marketing Communication in Area, including manage advertising, sales promotion, PR exhibits, trade exhibition in order to champion marketing programs.
Conduct integrated branding and communication programs in Area which is aligned with national wide marketing communication program.
Manage coordination with Sales Area to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency for Area wide execution marketing communication.
Conduct promotion programs by which consist of Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), Brand Activation, Marketing Public Relation (MPR).
Conduct good working relation with community, develop communication’s program in Area through sponsorship activities, expo, off air event and marketing event.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns in Area.
Requirements:
Contract based (PKWT under Indosat)
Preferably someone whose home-base in Sribawono (Lampung) and or surrounding and willing to travel within areas.
Has driving license (SIM A & C) will be preferable.
Background education min. bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
Has min. 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing role. Experienced in digital marketing, advertising, market research, or related fields is highly valued.
Strong creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in the market.
Has good communication skill, both in Indonesian & English
Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media platform.
