Job Description

• Overseeing all operational functions, including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
• Accountable for achieving targets across business channels such as GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Food Service (Horeca).
• Developing forecasts, financial goals, and strategic business plans.
• Meeting sales and profit objectives.
• Managing delivery processes and inventory within the warehouse.
• Overseeing budget management and allocating funds effectively.
• Maximizing the potential of branch staff through training, coaching, development, and motivation.
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to address challenges and seize growth opportunities.
• Responding promptly to customer and employee satisfaction concerns.
• Maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.
• Building a strong network to enhance the branch's and company's presence and reputation.
• Monitoring competing markets and providing insights on market trends and penetration.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG distribution.
• Proven experience managing business channels such as GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Food Service (Horeca).
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, hardworking, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
