As a Branch Controller, you will be responsible for managing branch offices that are representatives of the Head Office, representing all matters with external parties related to the company's needs. Planning, managing and controlling branch operational activities that include operational finance, purchasing, general affairs, accounting & tax, logistics, and all administration to ensure that operational activities run smoothly according to established procedures and work standards.

Job Descriptions:

• Conducting customer financial report analysis and field surveys on the quality of new customers and providing recommendations to superiors regarding the quality status of old customers in a certain period.
• Confirming AR status in the context of the internal audit process from the AR Department to ensure that the company's AR is in accordance with the company's records.
• Creating a conducive and productive work culture so that each individual can work optimally.
• Responsible for managing branch offices which are representations of the head office, representing all matters with external parties related to the company's needs.
• Making operational planning for branches including: infrastructure, activities, and budgets to support branch operations.
• Organizing and monitoring the implementation of branch office activities including HR, finance, accounting & tax, general affairs, logistics, administration, and other operational functions so that their use can be optimally regulated and in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Ensuring that all documentation of administrative reports on branch activities and operations is complete and neat.
• Managing, recording and being responsible for branch petty cash and all expenses incurred.

Job Requirements

• Min. Education S1 preferably Finance/Accounting
• Min. 3-4 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting/Controller area
• Have basic knowledge related to the Information Technology & Telecommunications industry.
• Have administrative skills
• Able to operate Microsoft applications (Word & Excel, etc.)
• Have leadership skills
