PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. Lenzing's wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

For the area of Energy & Utilities, we invite candidates to submit applications for the role of Boiler Operator located in Purwakarta, Indonesia.

Your Ideal Profile:

• Minimum Diploma 3 degree, major in Mechanical Engineering / Energy Engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience in Boiler operation in Utility/Power Plant
• Have Certificate SIO Boiler Class 1 or 2 from Ministry of Manpower Republic of Indonesia is preferred.
• Understanding of SPO's, problem solving of Operation & Maintenance Boiler
• Good communication (preferred English speaking) skills.
• Good analytical & technical knowledge about the unit operation

Purpose of the job:

To control and monitor the performance of unit process and equipment of Boiler House plant on a day-to-day basis by performing operations and ensuring the parameter boiler is normal. Ensure all safety devices are working well.

• Safety - Obey implementation of company policy including SHE by implementing LSR regulation, informing any updates in HIRACO, submitting Shear, etc.
• Team administration - Operational logsheet and checklist and also personal administration such as overtime/leave/SKD.
• 5S - Conduct implementation of 5S within his/her area by following scope and schedule activity, follow up of any finding of audit.
• Team performance - Operate boiler within KOP/KPI/SOP standard range and inform to superior any deviation from KOP/KPI/SOP achievement. Do correct filling of the logsheet as per actual condition.
• Problem solving & escalation - Troubleshoot in the process in his/her shift operation and communicate with his/her group, escalate any problem to superior that impacts operation. Submit any improvement idea to his/her superior.
• Shift Hand Over - Inform to his/her superior including current operational status, solved/unsolved problems within his/her shift, Shift report, 5S activity in his/her group.
