Responsibilities:

• Assisting in completing both daily tasks and Company projects.
• Proactive in meetings and workshops.
• Make observations from the experiences of other colleagues.
• Researching and processing information and knowledge about company regulations, work processes, and applicable SOPs.
• Study in depth and detail every input given by managers, supervisors and other seniors.
• Preparing documents and creating work reports.
• Learn about root causes and troubleshooting of a problem.
• Make an improvement for flow process in manufacture.

Requirements:

• S1 from all majors (Preferably from Industrial Engineering)
• Minimal GPA: 3.00
• 27 years old maximal
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Detail oriented
• Leadership and strong communication skill
• Placement at Pluit, North Jakarta
