Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. CLINICAL CARE:
2. Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines.
3. Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
4. TREATMENT PLANNING AND PROGRESS MONITORING:
5. Assist with treatment planning.
6. Review progress towards treatment plan goals.
7. COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:
8. Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
9. Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
10. DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE:
11. Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.
12. Follow adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. EXPERIENCE:
2. Required: 1+ year of experience as a Counselor I or other relative experience
3. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
4. EDUCATION:
5. Required: Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum, Bachelors degree
6. Preferred: Bachelors Degree

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

1. REQUIRED: Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements.
