Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production, and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables from client brief to final requirement delivery.
  • Work with the regional team and cross-functional teams in achieving targets and deliverables, ensuring that day-to-day operational requirements are smooth and glitch-free.
  • Pitch and develop new business opportunities on behalf of the company to agencies and brands.
  • Drive business development and sales efforts with agencies in Indonesia and across the region, negotiate trading deals and partnerships for our products.
  • Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with the full Hepmil products in developing content that meets clients’ objectives.
  • Maintain rapport with external partners and key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations.
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and executing content plans on our creators’ platforms.
  • Should be hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated.
  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with 7-10 years of background and experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or Business Development.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong understanding and interest in the advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media.
  • Great relationships with Indonesia’s agencies and direct clients.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Passionate about new media and digital content, with a strong interest in social media content creation.
  • Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and business-judgment skills.
  • An appetite for change, empathetic, and proactive.
  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, with excellent client-facing capabilities. Experience handling regional campaigns is a plus.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Good understanding of the Indonesian advertising market.
