Bar Manager - Bali

Job Task:

1. Mix and master the mixology of drinks or cocktails.
2. Calculate COGS bar costs and master stock taking of goods.
3. Bring a special appeal to the drinks being made.
4. Develop old recipes into new and fresher recipes.
5. Responsible for operations and service at the bar, cleaning all glasses and equipment, checking bar drink stock.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position, hospitality industry, or FB industry, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high-end hospitality setting.
2. Highly skilled and comfortable using English.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Willing to be stationed in Nusa Dua - Bali.
