Implement and monitor SOPs for facility management, safety, and security.
Prioritize and coordinate tasks across the facility team, including project planning, vendor management, maintenance activities, and security procedures.
Manage the recruitment and training of facility staff to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects, including construction, renovations, and compliance activities.
Maintain effective communication with all departments regarding facility operations and needs.
Communicate with local authorities, including but not limited to airport authorities, governmental representatives, auditors, etc., to ensure compliance and address any regulatory matters.
Monitor budgetary expenditures related to facility operations and propose cost-effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to facility management, safety, and security.
Ensure that mistakes are avoided in your team’s work, which includes their reports, purchases, projects and other day-to-day activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Strong communication skills in perfect English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken forms.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes.
Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations is a plus.
Ability to utilize MS office tools for day-to-day work.
