Baggage Handler (M/W) Club Med Resort Indonesia or overseas

You will be:

• Sociable, you know how to build relationships with our customers and establish trust.
• Helpful and a good listener, thanks to you our customers will have nothing but solutions.
• Multilingual, you are fluent in at least two languages and at ease with international customers.

You will:

• Welcome and inform customers, personalizing customer relations.
• Ensure baggage handling for arriving and departing customers.
• Promote accessibility to the arrival/departure area.
• Carry out certain reception tasks requiring travel.
• Assist the Reception and/or Meetings & Events team in setting up meeting rooms.
• Assist the Lodging team with certain tasks.
• Contribute to access control and security of goods and people.
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
• Know and apply health and safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly.
• Respect Club Med's attitudes, behavior, presentation, work environment, and internal procedures.
