Backend Developer

Back-end Developer Responsibilities:

1. Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
3. Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
4. Record data and report it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
5. Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
6. Take lead on projects, as needed.

Back-end Developer Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
2. More education or experience may be required.
3. Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Angular, and operating systems may be required.
4. Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
5. Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
6. Excellent project and time management skills.
7. Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently or with a group.
9. Willingness to sit at desk for extended periods.
