B2B Team Lead - Technical Leadership Position

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B Team Lead to manage our B2B Production, Development, and Backend teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across multiple technologies and proven experience in team leadership and project management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of 15+ professionals across B2B Production, B2B Development, and Backend teams
2. Manage development workflows to deliver internally requested projects and client projects
3. Oversee the development and maintenance of APIs for B2C and B2B products
4. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
5. Ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
6. Contribute to technical architecture decisions and implementation strategies
7. Manage development lifecycles and ensure timely delivery of projects
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

Technical Environment

• Backend: Java, MongoDB, microservices architecture, Kafka, AWS Lambda
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, Lightsail), Jenkins for CI/CD
• Frontend: ReactJS with TypeScript (new stack)
• Legacy Systems: PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), MySQL (Alibaba Cloud, EC2, Alibaba RDS)

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
2. Strong expertise in backend technologies, particularly Java and microservices architecture
3. Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
4. Familiarity with frontend technologies like ReactJS and TypeScript
5. Knowledge of database systems (MongoDB, MySQL)
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
7. Strong project management and team leadership skills
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
9. Strong communication skills in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with Kafka or similar message queuing systems
2. Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) for legacy system maintenance
3. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRMS or similar enterprise applications
4. Understanding of API design and integration patterns
5. Experience with Agile methodologies
