Job description
Identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, constructions, etc.
Present and promote decorative paint and coating solutions to meet client needs.
Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
Maintain relationships with customers by providing customer service and support, information, and guidance on our range of products.
Conduct group presentations to consultants such as architects and developers.
Assist consultants in preparing technical specifications and tender documents for projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing related roles.
Experience dealing with Residentials/Developers/Contractors/Architectural Firms/Interior Design Firms.
Preferably possess a driving license and a car to visit clients, architects, and developers regularly.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
