-Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, offline, events, content) to generate leads and increase product awareness.
-Collaborate with local sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and optimize lead conversion rates.
-Manage budgets and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics based on data-driven insights.
-Work closely with the global marketing team to develop localized content that resonates with the Indonesian market, including case studies, blogs, white papers, and videos.
-Organize and lead webinars, seminars, and workshops to educate local prospects about our products and solutions.
-Build and enhance the company's brand visibility in Indonesia through strategic partnerships with local media, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
-Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences, increasing brand recognition and fostering relationships within the industry.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or marketing management.
-Strong understanding of the Indonesia market, customer needs and industry dynamics.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
-Fluency in Chinese and English is required for daily communication.
-A solid academic background, with strong performance or academic credentials.
-Experience in localizing global content and campaigns for the Indonesian market is a plus.
