B2B Marketing Manager - Corporate Travel

- Lead the research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and gaps that can drive product innovation, increase customer satisfaction, and fuel business growth.
- Define and execute comprehensive corporate travel growth strategies and roadmaps that align with both short- and long-term business objectives, optimizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user experience.
- Ensure pipeline growth for the sales team developing new leads for the sales managers to follow up with; this pipeline should be developed through strategic direction within the market to key verticals, as well as marketing activities to grow sales such as client events, workshops, and other activities.
- Be wholly responsible for all external PR and communications in the market for corporate travel, be liaison with internal stakeholders, and drive social media strategy, SEO and digital strategy in general and so enhance the Traveloka for Business corporate brand. Ensure we are seen as the top corporate travel provider for services in Indonesia and in the markets we operate in.
- Ensure all communications are compliant and in line with the Traveloka group, including our website, sales materials, and collaterals, and all other activities.
- Be an active member of the Corporate Travel country leadership team, collaborating closely with sales, account management, growth manager, product and engineering, design manager, and HR to ensure overall revenue growth in the markets we operate in.
- Ensure any partnerships with third parties are commercially successful to drive our business, through accelerated sales opportunities, and marketing activities and brand enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Management - High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, presenting ideas with concise and strategic thinking.
- Understand B2B market and route-to-market knowledge in product mix and channel marketing mix.
- Relevant minimum 7 years working experience, and at least 3-5 experience in corporate travel marketing related is a plus point.
- A solid data analytical and problem-solving skill, strong in numbers and marketing analytics and customer centric approach in devising and managing commercial projects.
- Have previous experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a knack for storytelling is a major plus.
- High proficiency with data analysis and work via analytical tools and able to operate pivot and macro on number crunching tools.
- Mature and self-driven person, embracing challenges, and perseverance and resilience to failures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done.
- Experience in working independently and hands-on marketer. Understanding of product is a must, able to follow brand guidelines and ensure correct brand implementation to event materials.
- Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks. Able to perform under pressure and stay on-track with key objectives.
