We are a trading company specialising in Pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics raw material. We represent a number of world class brands/manufacturers and have been in the industry for more than 40 years strong.

About the role
We are seeking fresh graduates with D3 or S1 in Pharmaceutical (Farmasi) to join our pharmaceutical sales team as B2B Junior Sales Representative. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their daily activities of generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within the Pharmaceutical industry. Being successful in this role puts you on a path to be a sales executive with your own list of customers to manage. Based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in driving growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

You will be assigned to assist a sales executive, which in turn will mentor you on how to be successful and effective in this business. This includes:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our pharmaceutical products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful completion of projects
  • Continuously stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates with D3 or S1 in Pharmaceutical (Farmasi).
  • Proficiency in written English and Indonesian is a mandatory requirement.
  • Any experience in B2B sales role is welcomed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client objections and close deals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
