We are in search of a seasoned AVP of Digital Marketing to spearhead our holistic digital marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in orchestrating and optimizing various channels including organic, paid, web development, analytics, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving sustainable growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between organic, paid, web development, analytics, and content marketing efforts.
Continuously evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Organic and Paid Channel Management:
Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive quality traffic, and improve conversion rates.
Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Web Development and User Experience Optimization:
Collaborate with the development team to enhance website performance, functionality, and user experience.
Champion initiatives to optimize website conversion paths, streamline navigation, and improve overall site usability.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, measure, and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
Extract actionable insights from data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement across all digital marketing initiatives.
Content Strategy and Brand Storytelling:
Lead the development of a cohesive content marketing strategy aimed at engaging target audiences and building brand authority.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, values, and objectives while catering to audience preferences and behaviors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in digital marketing leadership roles, with expertise in organic search, paid advertising, web development, analytics, and content marketing.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in advanced analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, WP Engine, or similar.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Previous experience in the SaaS industry or related field.
