Role Purpose: The role is intended to define, plan, develop, and improve IT architecture and solution capacity in the IOH Cloud & Infra Solution area, which includes IT Infra, IT networking, IT Cloud Partner Solutions, IT Monitoring solution, and IT Orchestration Automation.

The role's responsibility is to define, develop, plan, and improve the roadmap and solution, maintain the architecture, and ensure the solution implementation together with Enterprise Security, handover to Digital Delivery, Digital Service Operations, and Business Engagement, Strategy & Planning for cost and budgeting, focusing on cost efficiency and operational excellence in the Cloud and Infra Solution Area.

Job Description:

• Define, develop, and improve Data Center Infrastructure strategy, architecture, and roadmap for IOH DC (On-Prem) and Cloud Partner DC.
• Keep up with global trends and technology updates, understand business direction, and develop principles and selection methods accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology.
• Define, develop, and improve high-level use-case development of the solution, representing the value of the proposed solution in terms of investment and cost of resources required for the desired business outcomes in the Data Center Infrastructure area.
• Define and propose an annual budgetary plan, including budgetary of new capabilities, capacity expansion, features enhancement, and system transformation in the Data Center Infrastructure area.
• Responsible for architecting and implementing infrastructure solutions that meet the operational needs of the CDO Organization. Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of infrastructure systems.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement automation and orchestration tools to enhance operational efficiency in the Data Center Infrastructure area.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in telecommunication, computer science, or computer engineering.

Related Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT-related functions in a Telco company.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing the IT DC and Monitoring area.

Skills:

• Experience in Infra DC solution and Cloud Solution focusing on Infrastructure area.
• Experience in Project Management Office and applying a suitable approach for the organization to accelerate and simplify processes while still managing, tracking, and controlling the delivery.
• Experience in Partner Management engagement, performance monitoring, and review.
• Good and broad knowledge of the latest IT & Digital technology in the Infrastructure area.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
