JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Ensure the department operates and achieves budget revenue targets.
  • Establish divisional KPIs based on the organizational scorecard.
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve department objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, make recommendations, and track their improvement.
  • Manage department budget based on the work plan.
  • Improve business processes and the database of customers.
  • Deliver the best customer experience at the department level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • 7 years of B2B sales experience with experience in selling ICT and Telco products to financial services industries.
  • Strong networking and account management skills in Pertamina and its subsidiaries.
  • Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, particularly in the Financial Industry (Insurance, Fintech, etc).
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Flexible and adaptable under pressure and able to meet short and long-term deadlines.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).
