Job Vacancy: Australian Finance Associate

Industry: Various — currently Mortgage Brokerages (Banking & Finance)

Location: APL Tower, Central Park - West Jakarta

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5 AM WIB - 1.30 PM WIB (during Sydney Australian daylight savings) or 6 AM WIB - 2.30 PM WIB

*Successful applicants will start working between March through April 2025

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will provide essential support to foreign companies and engage with their clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and clear communication.
• Provide customer service, administrative support, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with various operational tasks to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Collaborate with international teams to support business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or data entry is a plus.
• Comfortable working with foreign clients and handling cross-cultural communication.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Flexibility to adapt to different time zones based on our participating companies' needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Background in the Australian mortgage industry will be a distinction.
• IELTS / TOEFL certificates will be a distinction.
