Job Description

• Ensure that every financial report is presented in a timely, accurate manner, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Supervise work reports for all Finance, Accounting and TAX staff, ensuring that every job is done correctly.
• Check payments to Suppliers and Billing to Customers.
• Check petty cash transactions and conduct cash opname periodically.
• Check periodic SPT before being paid and reported every month.
• Check accounts receivable and accounts payable balances.
• Check taxes paid in advance, VAT, PPH inputted by TAX staff.
• Perform book closing, including bank cash and adjustment.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports every month.
• Manage controlling decision making in the finance accounting and TAX divisions.

Job Requirement

• Finance Accounting TAX Assistant Manager.
• S1 Accounting (Master's degree is an added value).
• Minimum 5 years experience as Finance Accounting Tax Assistant Manager.
• Ability and skills in Accounting principles, budgeting reporting, taxation, and finance/banking.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP/Accurate and WMS software reporting.
• Brevet A, B certificates are preferred.
• Placement in Bekasi City.
