Associate Supervisor HR Generalist (Denpassar)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
4. Support performance management and employee development programs.
5. Maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
