Responsibilities:

1. Develop deep expertise in a particular market segment, understanding industry trends and identifying opportunities to strengthen candidate relationships.
2. Act as a recruitment specialist by analyzing the talent landscape and building strong connections with potential candidates.
3. Offer career guidance to job seekers, helping them secure their ideal roles while providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
4. Proactively source and engage candidates to match them with suitable opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
5. Build and maintain a network of candidates, leveraging information to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
6. Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of clients and the business.
