4. Assist in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the organization's needs.
5. Support the implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of our workforce.
6. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and ensure continuous development.
7. Support performance management processes and assist in the enforcement of HR policies.
8. Assist in managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven 5 years of experience in HRGA roles.
