Associate Brand and Marketing Strategy


A brand and marketing strategists must have a solid understanding of market trends and take the extra time to perform in-depth research. As a Marketing Strategist, you will look at data from economic trends, various advertising methods, and population groups. Compiling data, Marketing Strategists will discover potential gaps and market opportunities for the future development of on-going strategies. Marketing strategists day-to-day typically includes analyzing data to figure out the best way possible to promote services or products while staying within budget.

Job Description:

  • Designing brand marketing, digital marketing, and sales process
  • Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Social Media, Offline Marketing, Business Development, Design, and Operations
  • Marketing Intelligence, analyze competitor activity and industry trends
  • Marketing Analyst, combine internal and external data to get insight for marketing campaigns plan
  • Support market research which includes defining market research goals, assisting in questionnaire development, executing market research plan, summarizing the result and coming up with actionable recommendations
  • Be the bridge between product and customers. Explore how we deliver values for customers.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordinate with cross-functional team to execute marketing campaign
  • Conduct regular product and marketing reviews with cross-functional teams to review learning initiatives
  • Actively connect with relevant cross functional teams to measure the success of marketing campaign

Qualification Requirement:

  • 2 years of experience in strategy, marketing or operational roles, preferably in a ‘startup’ environment
  • Bachelor’s degree related to marketing, business, economics, or communications
  • Former marketing experience preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A history (and preference) of being both strategic and execution-oriented
  • Serious attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Self starter and proactive
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced and high-performing team environment
  • Ability to plan and direct multiple projects execution
  • Ability to using design tools is a plus
