Responsibilities:

• Create sales strategies and work plans to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and monitor SOP compliance in recruitment, training development, promotions, finance, stock, and operations to ensure store policy adherence.
• Analyze needs and provide support to improve effective and efficient store management systems.
• Monitor and control store operational excellence to ensure day-to-day activities support the achievement of store goals.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate store performance in predetermined areas to ensure the achievement of targets and operational standards, and to help overcome store-related issues.
• Monitor and develop staff in predetermined areas to build a leadership succession plan within the store.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the retail industry or a related field, preferably with at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• Possess good customer service skills, a drive to achieve sales targets, strong leadership abilities, and a hardworking attitude.
• Have good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Required languages: Proficient in English.
• Ready to work 5 days a week and on public holidays.
