Assistant Store Manager (Bandung)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise the customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs, and profit to brand management and principal.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to the brand's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and conduct personnel assessments regularly.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required skill(s): English, computer skills, negotiation, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, leadership, and management.
• At least 5 years of working experience as an Assistant/Store Manager in the retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle.
• Have an understanding of KPI Metrics.
• Experience dealing with mass products.
• Detail and target-oriented.
• Willing to be placed in the Bandung area.
