Cikarang Skin factory is a priority site that has some high-risk areas. Asst. SHE Manager Cikarang BW is a mandatory job to ensure that all employees working in our workplace are safe by implementing local legislation, Unilever Policy, and Unilever SHE Standard.
As a member of the SHE Team, Asst. SHE Manager Cikarang BW will work closely with the Cikarang BW manufacturing team and report to the Indonesia Manufacturing SHE Manager as an independent organization. You will be responsible for all safety programs and employees in Unilever Cikarang BW Factory.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety program of Cikarang BW Factory.
- Manage training & safety culture for all employees & third parties.
- Evaluate Job Step Risk Assessment for all activities in Cikarang BW Factory.
- Manage daily Permit to Work.
- Run strategy & safety campaigns to improve all safety culture in Cikarang BW Factory.
- Conduct and lead DCA, DCC, SBO for all areas.
- Implement Unilever Life Critical Standard.
- Maintain safety equipment in all areas.
- Lead a strong emergency response team (ERT) at the site level.
- Track and monitor Safety KPI (TRFR, FAC, UA, UC).
- Lead the implementation of UMS for safety pillar.
- Ensure zero accidents for occupational & process safety in Cikarang BW Factory.
- Ensure compliance with Government Regulation, Unilever SHE Policy, and SHE Unilever Standard.
- Conduct SHE training & development for all employees.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- > 2 years experience in Safety, Health & Environment or other manufacturing roles.
- Experience in and understanding of construction safety.
- Familiar with local and government SHE Policy.
- Experience in handling complicated and high-risk projects.
- Good leadership and field-oriented.
- Business, organizational, strategic, and cultural awareness.
Skills
- High level of communication and teamwork.
- Analytical and sharp with numbers and data.
- Fluent in business English, with strong communication skills and ability to engage and influence others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail.
