Sales Targets: Consistently achieve assigned sales targets, leveraging full support from our dedicated team.
Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through follow-ups, efficient order processing, and excellent customer service.
Negotiation & Proposals: Assist in price negotiations and prepare compelling proposals that meet market demands.
Documentation: Create and manage all sales-related documents including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and export documentation.
Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with our senior sales export team to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends to spot new expansion opportunities and ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Product Presentation: Organize and prepare products, samples, and mockups for prospective overseas and domestic clients.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a preference for export, B2B, or related industries.
Proven Success: Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: A strong network or experience in the herbal, skincare, or supplement industries is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills are a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales reporting and pipeline management.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken & written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
