Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the Assistant Pool Bar Manager to join Jumeirah Bali family.

The Assistant Pool Bar Manager supports the Pool Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the pool bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Jumeirah’s luxury standards. This role involves supervising the bar team, managing inventory and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and enhancing service efficiency. The Assistant Pool Bar Manager also plays a key role in staff training, cost control, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Jumeirah Brand standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and follow the SOPs at all times.
  • Applies creative solutions and proposes ideas to grow, develop and improve the business.
  • Actively promotes the use of up selling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
  • Ensures that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
  • Actively seeks and reviews customer feedback in regard to food quality, service, and overall satisfaction and takes appropriate and timely action.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
