Assistant Manager Procurement for Medical Equipment
Our client, Mayapada Healthcare, is currently looking for the best candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Procurement for Medical Equipment with placement at Mayapada Hospital Lebak Bulus.
Responsibilities:
Executing the development of strategic initiatives within the procurement process, encompassing strategy implementation, ensuring conformity to user requirements, sourcing, product selection, quality, inventory, delivery, and after-sales service including service contracts.
Managing the procurement process for medical equipment categories (including maintenance & service contracts).
Managing the RFP process and end-to-end supply chain process.
Demonstrating expertise in contract negotiations and cost management.
Maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
Maintaining relationships with various business functions in the internal organization (intense coordination with users and hospital management).
Direct reporting to the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering/Medical Devices, or another associated Engineering field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing medical equipment, medical logistics, and supply chain systems.
Knowledge of Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as well as experience implementing and using procurement systems.
Knowledge of developments and trends within the medical equipment industry.
Knowledge of risk management, with the ability to identify and address anticipated issues.
General knowledge of applicable laws and regulations of “Kemenkes”.
Proven influencing skills to positively impact complex negotiations and communicate at executive leadership levels.
