Job description
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of market & customer dynamics, shopper marketing knowledge, trade fund budget availability, and supply chain operations to create and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Lead and partner with customers for business strategy implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different aspects of the business.
  • Strategize by harnessing the power of a team through envisioning, engaging, and energizing multifunctional resources to build a holistic business plan and break possible barriers & challenges to deliver the best results.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Team (sales representatives and merchandisers) on trade execution, brand building, and resolution of day-to-day operational tasks/challenges.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Candidates with more than 3 years of key account management experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be mobile to work across Malaysia, as wide exposure and variety of experiences will help you to grow your career with Mamee.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Fluent in English, Malay, and other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel outstation to visit stores once a month.
