Matchbox Mobile - Gear Inc provides industry leading Image Moderation, Social Media Management, IT Consulting, Application Development, Game Development, and Outsourcing Services. We are experts in moderating online user generated content.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Ensure that the Department’s activities are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources Strategy.
  • Establish and develop HR admin procedures, policies, and documentation for streamlined workflow.
  • Support the HR Manager in designing and refining HR policies and procedures to drive organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to meet workforce requirements within established timelines.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent, particularly within the BPO sector.
  • Serve as a mediator in employee relations matters to foster a harmonious and productive workplace environment.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement programs aimed at enhancing workforce morale and retention.
  • Facilitate the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting and appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and recommend development programs based on performance evaluation results.
  • Support the administration of the company’s compensation and benefits structure, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations related to employee remuneration and benefits programs.
  • Ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant with prevailing labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Manage employee disciplinary processes and maintain comprehensive records of actions taken, with recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify skill gaps and execute training initiatives.
  • Supervise onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce analytics, to managerial level.
  • Willing to work mobile for Surabaya and Bali Office.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource field, with preference for candidates from the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams or managing HR projects is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
  • Strong in HR Data Processing and Data Analysis.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical skills to produce actionable insights from HR data and metrics.
  • Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder HR initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proven leadership abilities to mentor and inspire team members.
  • High proficiency in multitasking, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
