This is a full time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at PT Prospect Motor. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for various HR Tasks, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance. They will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
• Recruitment, training, employee relations skills
• Performance management and HR compliance knowledge
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information
