Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Auditor role for Warehouse (Food and Non-Food), Construction Store and Theme Park Technical inventories
- Lead the inventory compliance and perform audit for Warehouse, construction store and theme park store which includes:
- Assessing inventory management processes and control to ensure compliance to company policies.
- Develop and work with respective stakeholders to implement improvements to inventory control measures to reduce stockouts, mitigate obsolete parts and improve inventory turnover.
- Review the Warehouse MRP (material planning section) performance to recommend improvements on the process of forecasting demand and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Audit of inventory levels (ensure physical ties to finance record) and ensure operations have proper tracking and safeguarding to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures related to inventory management.
- Head of F&B Cost Control department
- Lead the F&B Cost Control department which includes:
- Recommend pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competitor 3rd Party F&B tenant performance (revenue and 3rd party menu offering and price level), and competitive positioning.
- Develop SOP to analyze the cost of food ingredients and menu items to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement (e.g. yield test procedure).
- Work closely with F&B chef on menu engineering to optimize menu offerings in terms of cost, pricing and profitability and prevent recurring food waste/spoilage.
- Lead the audit role in the F&B Ops procedures to control portion sizes, prevent theft and misuse of food supplies.
- Management reporting
- Produce management report of Inventory & Cost control on a timely manner for discussion and decision making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on key initiatives.
