Job description

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for overseeing HR and general administration matters.
  2. Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to employee development, engagement, and termination.
  3. Managing payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  4. Organizing training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Acting as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries, offering support and advice to both managers and staff.
  6. Keeping accurate HR records and producing reports as necessary.
  7. Assisting with the organization's overall administrative operations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HRGA Supervisor role.
  2. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
  3. A solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding solutions.
  6. Language proficiency in English and Indonesian (preferably can speak Mandarin).
  7. Capable of drafting legal opinions and reviewing contracts or legal documents.
  8. Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
